Why did I not receive a free submission token when I signed up?

You did not receive a free Easy MTD VAT submission token when you signed up for an account due to one of the following reasons:

  • Your company has already received a free submission token. We provide a free submission token so you can ascertain whether Easy MTD VAT is the right solution for you and to prove it submits VAT returns to HMRC. It is not provided so your company can indefintely submit VAT returns for free. Just like your business, we have overheads so we need to charge a small fee per submission token. Abusing the provision of a free submission token is detriment to us being able to maintain Easy MTD VAT and provide first class support. Click here to buy one or more submission tokens.
  • You did not sign up for an account at easymtdvat.com. If you signed up elsewhere (e.g. at flysoftware.com) please contact us and we will be happy to add a submission token to your account.
  • You have not activated your account using the link in the Welcome email. If you have not received the Welcome email, please check your spam/junk folder.
