For help when you most need it, Easy MTD VAT is supplied with Standard support & maintenance. This is suitable for the majority of users, but for extra peace of mind, or if you need us on-site to lend a personal hand, Premium support & maintenance can be purchased.

We understand how important it is for you to submit your VAT return before the HMRC deadline. We therefore try to respond within the hour and resolve issues with Easy MTD VAT before this deadline, even if you have not purchased Premium support & maintenance. However, if support volumes are high, priority is given to Premium support & maintenance users and response times will likely revert to those stated below for Standard support & maintenance.
