Why can't I see the submission receipt of a fulfilled obligation?

The submission receipt is unavailable for one of the following reasons:

  • You do not have a Fly Software account associated with Easy MTD VAT.*
  • The Fly Software account you have associated with Easy MTD VAT did not submit the VAT return.*
  • When you submitted the VAT return, you used a version of Easy MTD VAT that did not save the submission receipt to your account.
  • A different Making Tax Digital for VAT solution was used to submit the VAT return.

*Specify appropriate account credentials in the Easy MTD VAT Account window which is accessed by clicking the Settings menu followed by the Account option (version 3 and above).
