Where can i view service availability and issues for the HMRC MTD for VAT system?

From time to time, the HMRC Making Tax Digital for VAT system becomes unavailable - normally because maintenance is being performed or because there is an issue. This prevents Easy MTD VAT retrieving your VAT information and submitting VAT returns. HMRC conveniently publish this information on the Making Tax Digital for VAT: service availability and issues page of their website.

This website can be conveniently accessed in Easy MTD VAT (version 3 and above) by clicking the Help menu followed by the MTD for VAT Service Availability option.
