Where is my Welcome email?
It is likely the Welcome email ended up in the spam/junk folder of your email client or was completely blocked by your email service/provider. Please check your spam/junk folder or contact your IT team and ask them to retrieve the email. If you are still unable to locate your Welcome email you must contact us so we can activate your account for you. If it is not activated you will be unable to login to your account, buy tokens or submit quarterly updates, final declarations and VAT returns in Easy MTD.
