Why am I seeing "page not displaying" when trying to grant authority?

The "page not displaying" issue that appears when trying to grant authority, is likely due to you using an old/obsolete browser.

The HMRC website no longer supports old/obsolete browsers such as Internet Explorer. Therefore, you need to install a modern browser such as Microsoft Edge or Chrome then set it is your default browser. This browser will then be used during the authority process.
