I can't see the Submit button in the Submit VAT Return window, how do I submit?

NOTE: This issue was fixed in version 3.3.1.0 of Easy MTD VAT.

If you are unable to submit your VAT return because the Submit button cannot be seen in the Submit VAT Return window (see image below), please perform one or both of the following actions after exiting Easy MTD VAT:

  • Increase the Windows display resolution because your current resolution may be too low. To access the associated setting (see image below), right click the Windows desktop then click the Display Settings or Screen Resolution option.
  • Set the Windows display scaling to 100%. To access the associated setting (see image below), right click the Windows desktop then click the Display Settings or Screen Resolution option.

Run Easy MTD VAT to see if the issue persists.

If neither of the actions above resolve the issue, please perform the following actions:

  1. Click inside the Cell box that corresponds to Box 9 (see image below).
  2. Press the Tab key 6 times (this focusses the Submit button that you cannot see).
  3. Press the Enter key (this presses the Submit button you cannot see).
